To be the one stop shop in product and service delivery for the construction and build environment,fuel supply and delivery, earth moving machinery (yellow plant) consulting and project management and seamless delivery of supply chain management solutions. Noxolile Bashe
Founder and director of Panoya Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
Miss Noxolile Bashe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in law, A National Diploma in Civil Engineering, A Diploma in Architectural draughting, Business Management, Autocad 2017 and project management.
Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor, Junior buyer, Payroll administrator and Intern Site Engineer.
Rodney Peters
Chief Operations Officer – COO
Mr Rodney Peters has skills in the ability to present the company, Promotional strategies, Partnerships management, Strategic planning, establishing interpersonal relationships, Problem-solving, Team building and communication skills.
Pakama Bashe
Founder and director of Panoya Trading and Projects cc and Panoya Services (Pty) Ltd.
Miss Pakama Bashe has skills in business development, strategic development and corporate alliance partnerships, Project Management, Business Management, Business Networking and establishing mutual beneficial market relationships between companies.
Joshua Tesa
CFO
Mr Joshua Tesa holds a Bachelor of Science honour’s Degree in Economics. He has skills in gathering economic intelligence information and undertaking special economic assignments. He also has skills in designing, developing and implementing economic projects, financial management methodological and business systems.

Mrs Carol Kamanga is a corporate and commercial attorney who holds a LLB degree with over a decade’s experience and has her own law firm.
